I am a full-time yoga teacher. I enjoy working with people who have a variety of physical limitations. This really allows me to grow as a teacher and pushes me to continue to learn about the human anatomy and how asanas can be adapted for every individual.

I dropped out of the corporate world 1 year ago because I couldn't find any connection between my job as an art director in advertising, and making the world a better place. I now realize that connecting with people and helping them improve their lives, even if only in a small way, was the piece that was missing.

I also have a side business where I help people organize their lives. This is a lot of fun for me because I get to see a direct connection between someone's physical surroundings and their psyche.
